Normadec is close to undergraduates and graduates through its Normadec Delivery Centres, present at some universities, and appearing at the major events dedicated to vocational guidance. We participate in major job fairs for students and recent graduates with a stand and a business presentation. These initiatives are generally promoted and advertised by universities, student associations, newspapers, job search portals, and companies specialising in the search for qualified personnel.
