In particular, we have extensive experience in contract management of specific administrative processes (such as Time & Costing Management System, Sales Administrative Management, Business Travel Expenses Management, Consolidated & Combined Balance Sheet Management, Stock-Taking Management, Business Reporting Management). Our offer is supported by an IT Development centre that guarantees the quality and innovation. Our services can be performed on the basis of our Share Service Centre in Saronno or at the client's offices. We can also provide qualified personnel to cover temporary needs of the clients.

Application Management Outsourcing [AMO]

Systems and infrastructure for the implementation and management of complex solutions related to Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain Management, etc.
Our services include routine and evolutionary maintenance of ERP software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle/JDE, CRM software including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and custom software. Our Application Management Outsourcing includes: first and second level help desks, ordinary and preventive maintenance, upgrades, software development, feasibility studies for evolutionary maintenance, implementation of new modules.
Services are provided in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) that set project and commissioning timelines, and troubleshooting periods. Thanks to a global network of Application Solution Centres, Normadec is able to provide AMO services in many languages according to the mode "following the sun". We provide the Application Management Outsourcing services from our offices in Saronno.
